With integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM), you can keep a track of all your customer information. If the standard fields are not enough, then add as much extra information as you want to store with flexible custom fields, whether it’s a customer’s sector, account reference numbers, contract renewal date or even their children’s names - it’s up to you. As well as having all your customer records in one place, you can also store personnel information about your staff so you can create professional details and create relevant HR reminders.

This improves communication and cuts down on administrative time by allowing you to send jobs to your staff any time during the day, know when they have accepted it and completed the job. We can also send back detailed information and attach photos to a job - all updated automatically.
Find what you need quickly with Universal Search
We know you don’t have time to use a complicated search, so we give you a single search bar to easily search everything in your system all at once. Search for your clients by company name, contact, address, zip or postal code or any other custom field you’ve set up. Search for specific jobs by purchase order number or any other reference code you have, even your comments! Partially completed searches such as part of a phone number also work, making sure you can always find what you're looking for.
Store, backup & quickly find all your files in one system
Keep all your documents in one system and store safely with backup for no extra cost. You can store Word or Excel files, pdfs or photos - whatever you need - with your client records, for example copies of contract. As your staff can take photos in their place of work with the mobile phone app, these can be stored within the system too and filed with the individual job record.
As you can record all your HR information within the same system you can also store copies of related documents within Malinko too, such as copy of CRB checks or copies of driving licences.

Malinko is hosted at a UK-based secure data centre. We keep your information safe by encrypting your connection (look for the padlock) so you can access it from anywhere with any operating system without installation, with the security of knowing your data cannot be accessed by anyone else.
