We feel zero hours contracts get a bad rap. They are an important element in running a sustainable business in this sector and if used in the right way don't particularly have a negative impact on the staff members. However, it is important that you use them correctly, both in terms of whether you would be open to a claim from your staff and whether they could be harming staff morale.
