ARTICLE: Call for views from care providers on Care Act implementation

Here is another opportunity to voice your opinion on how the care sector has changed over the year.

Following the implementation of the Care Act in April, the Department of Health, Local Government Association and the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS) would like to find out how the Care Act has made an impact on homecare providers.

The areas they are most interested in learning about are how the types of services you provide have changed, whether there is any difference to the way you have worked with local authorities and how your services are being commissioned since the Care Act was implemented.

The way you can help them get the most information about the effects the Care Act has had on you is by completing this questionnaire on this subject by clicking this link:

All submissions must be done before the end of December 2015 so be quick. Remember that by giving your own personal opinion your response will be used to inform next steps for the Care Act Programme. They are asking for your feedback so they can take it into consideration for future amendments to the Care Act.
