As the Malinko system is web-based or cloud computing, it means it can be used by you or your field service staff from lots of different devices at the same time, which means that there is no need to manually synchronise data. As you can see below, Malinko can be used on an ipad, but we have also set up an app so it can be used on a range of mobile devices – we have people who are regularly using Malinko on their iPhone or Android device.

The mobile app is designed to replace a printed out job sheet. Each mobile staff member is able to view their list of jobs for the day, move jobs and send back information to the main system.

The full version of Malinko can be viewed from your laptop, netbook or ipad, allowing you to look at management information whilst travelling. As security is a concern, we ensure the connection between your computer and Malinko is encrypted using SSL. Using SSL to send information means that third parties cannot interfere with the data you’ve sent.
